RETURN POLICY
Bonjour Amour Beauty INC offers free shipping for returns. Bonjour Amour Beauty INC will accept returns and issue a full refund for goods ordered if:
- Goods are shipped back in 3 business days from the date the goods were delivered to the customer. Due to our goods being intimately worn beauty products, customers can NOT hold goods for long periods of time or over 3 business days and then return them. This insures that goods have been tried on a limited amount of times and are being returned due product expectations and nothing more.
-All goods must be unused with tags, with no signs of visible wear.
-Please contact us at customers@bonjouramourbeauty.com before sending your return if you think it does not follow these guidelines.
Shipping Label
All orders are shipped with a prepaid return label. Please get a new box, put the garments/goods in the box, tape the return shipping label and take it to the shipping courtier.
Processing Time
If the goods are shipped within 3 business days from when they were delivered and if the goods are in excellent condition with no signs of visible wear you will be issued a full refund minus a restocking fee within 14 business days from when goods land back to us.
Restocking Fee & Deductions
We have a $20 per piece shipping restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
Please email customers@bonjouramourbeauty.com for the piece that you would like to exchange your item for. We will exchange the item as long as the previously purchased item is returned within 3 business days from when it was delivered. Customers will be charged a new shipping fee for the new item that the previously purchased item is being exchanged for.
Non Returnable Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. All items ON SALE or in the sale section are FINAL SALE.
