REFUND POLICY

Bonjour Amour Beauty INC offers free shipping for returns. Bonjour Amour Beauty INC will accept returns and issue a full refund for goods ordered if: 

- Goods are shipped back in 3 business days from the date the goods were delivered to the customer.

-Please contact us at customers @bonjouramor.com before sending your return if you think it does not follow these guidelines. 

Shipping Label 

All orders are shipped with a prepaid return label from FedEx.  Please get a new box, put the garments/goods in the box, tape the return shipping label on the box that came with your order, call FedEx to pick up or drop it off at a FedEx location.  

Processing Time 

If the goods are shipped within 3 business days from when they were delivered and if the goods are in excellent condition with no signs of visible wear you will be issued a full refund minus a restocking fee within 14 business days. 

Restocking Fee & Deductions 

We have a $15 per order restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Exchanges 

Please email customers@bonjouramourbeauty.com for the piece that you would like to exchange your item for. We will exchange the item as long as the previously purchased item is returned within 3 business days from when it was delivered. Customers will be charged a new shipping fee for the new item that the previously purchased item is being exchanged for. 


Non Returnable Items 

All items ON SALE or in the sale section are FINAL SALE and used products, will be rejected from a refund. All products must be unused and un-swatched to be returned. It there is visible signs of use or skin touching the refund will be granted and goods will be shipped back to you upon your response to the rejecting email with a $5 reship fee for in the USA, and $10 reship fee for out of the USA.
